Dilli founded Intra-Mortgage on the belief that borrowers deserve a single point of contact who knows their file and stays accountable past closing. His focus is growth, operations, and building a team that earns long-term relationships.

Joe has been in the mortgage industry since 2000, with leadership roles at Paramount Residential Mortgage and Nationwide Mortgage. At Intra-Mortgage he focuses on building a company where loan officers perform at a high level and borrowers come back. He has served on the board of Our Daily Bread Cincinnati since 2016.

Biras holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State and is completing a Master's in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership. His mortgage background includes sales management at American Pacific Mortgage and origination at Inlanta Mortgage. At Intra-Mortgage he leads sales strategy, recruiting, and national expansion.

Raayan co-founded Intra-Mortgage and serves as Chief Strategist, leading company-wide operations with a focus on growth, efficiency, and client experience. He started as a loan officer, moved into sales and branch management at American Pacific Mortgage, then co-founded Mortgage King as COO and A1 Lending Team as CEO before launching Intra-Mortgage. He remains a licensed loan officer, which keeps him connected to what borrowers actually need and informs how the company is run day to day.

She is licensed to originate in IN, OH, and FL, which means she understands the client experience from both sides of the file. She keeps the process moving without the handoffs.

Laura has more than 35 years in banking and mortgage across origination, branch management, and underwriting. She owned and operated her own mortgage company in Indiana for eight years before moving into underwriting full time.
