How it Works?

A Guide To Our
Home Mortgage
Process

1. Pre-Qualification

Speak with a licensed Intra-Mortgage loan officer about your specific mortgage needs. Provide requested documentation and obtain pre-qualification from loan officer.

2. Find Your
Dream Home

Find a home that fits your needs and make an offer. Once the seller accepts, both parties sign a purchase agreement, putting the deal under contract. Complete mortgage application.

3. Processing

The Intra-Mortgage team will order the appraisal and all loan detail verifications. This is a great time to complete all property inspections. Additional documentation may be requested for underwriting.

4. Underwriting
Approval

Your mortgage has completed underwriting and received conditional approval. An Intra-Mortgage team member will review the conditions and gather any required documentation.

5. Initial Closing
Disclosure

Your initial disclosure will be sent to you at least three days before your closing date. Your Intra-Mortgage Loan officer will review all closing details with you while we await your clear to close.

6. Clear to Close!

Congratulations! Your loan has been cleared to close. Your closing documents will be sent to the title company and you are ready to head to the closing table.
